OUR STORY
Hajjiri Group’s legacy began in the early 1940s with Khalid Hajjiri, who founded a family business rooted in investment and real estate development. His son, Abdul-Ghani Hajjiri, continued to strengthen this foundation and expand its reach across Jordan.
The Group entered a transformative chapter with the third generation. Architect Mounir Hajjiri - founder of Hajjiri Group and principal of Mounir Hajjiri & Associates—brought more than three decades of experience in architecture, interior design, and engineering. In 1991, he established a design and consultancy practice that shaped the Group’s identity: integrated thinking, long-term vision, and a commitment to creating meaningful spaces.
This design ethos set the stage for further expansion. In 2008, the Group launched Infinity for Investment LTD, Jordan’s first furniture design studio and a curated retail destination for high-quality furniture, home goods, and accessories. Infinity introduced global design standards to the region and built exclusive partnerships with internationally recognized brands such as Ethan Allen, Baker Mcguire, and others.
Parallel to its design and interiors work, the Group reinforced its position in development and investment through Al-Zaytouna Real Estate Developers (est. 1999) and Millennium Financial Investment (est. 2000), extending its influence across real estate, financial structuring, and strategic growth.
In recent years, Hajjiri Group has expanded into hospitality and lifestyle with COCO’s, a boutique café brand inspired by joie de vivre, and Tarla by COCO’s, a homegrown dining concept that elevates the brand’s identity. The Group is also developing The Royal Polo Club, an upcoming landmark destination set within one of the region’s most prestigious locations.
Across three generations, Hajjiri Group has evolved from a family business into a multi-disciplinary collective - shaping architecture, interiors, real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle with the same enduring principles: design excellence, thoughtful development, and a vision that looks beyond the present.
